Alira Family Therapy

Alira Family Therapy helps individuals, couples, and families across the Bay Area. Their old WordPress site was slow and hard to update, so I rebuilt it as a static Astro site on S3 and CloudFront.

Every provider, specialty, and assessment page is a Markdown file checked against a schema at build time. Clinicians can draft a new page with an AI chat template, and a bad file fails the build instead of breaking the live site. In lab tests the new homepage loads its main content in 3.3 seconds on mobile, down from 8.8.

Deploys run from GitHub Actions with keyless credentials, and the intake form loads in a sandboxed iframe so patient information never passes through the site.

Built for Therapy inMotion. The new site is in staging ahead of launch.
